Tiera Hawkes is a Juvenile Attorney with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender. 
She attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and holds a B.A. in Law and Society from Hood College in Frederick, MD.  A native of Baltimore, Tiera purchased her first home in Baltimore City in 2018 and represents the North East District. Her interest includes Juvenile Delinquency and Criminal Justice Reform.
