Tiera Hawkes is a Employee Relations Officer with the Maryland Department of Health and holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a B.A. in Law and Society from Hood College in Frederick, MD. She has educational and work experience from the Baltimore City's Office of the Public Defender-Youthful Defendant Unit, MD Department of Parole and Probation and the UB LAW Innocence Project. A native of Baltimore, Tiera purchased her first home in Baltimore City in 2018 and represents the North East District. Her interest includes Juvenile Delinquency and Criminal Justice Reform.
