Amahl Foster
Amahl A Foster is a lifelong resident of the City of Baltimore and has served on the Community Relations Commission since 2021.
He is a Retired US Army Master Sergeant, awarded a Bronze Star Medal for his service during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is a graduate of the Gilman School in Baltimore, Maryland and he holds an AA from Baltimore City Community College, a BA from University of Maryland Global Campus and a Masters of Theological Studies from Liberty University. He is an Ordained Minister who has served in several churches in Baltimore City. He is married to his wife of nineteen years, Kendra Foster (Thomas) and the proud father of two daughters: Ashonna (28) and Kendahl (15).
