Ciarra Miles possesses 10+ years of experience in the healthcare compliance arena with an emphasis on monitoring, interpreting. and communicating regulatory changes as well as their impact on business operations. Her love for law itself birthed 3C Freelance, LLC and she became affectionately known as “The People’s Paralegal.” 3C’s overarching goal and mission is not just to get a job done, but more so to assist clients in becoming knowledgeable of the legal and judicial process. Some of the services offered include but are not limited to document preparation, business formation services, and estate planning. Oftentimes, people know what they desire to do; they just lack the “know how,” which is where 3C steps in. Her overarching goal is not just to get the job done, but to assist her clients in becoming knowledgeable of the legal and judicial process.

Along her path she has realized that life is bigger than just herself and began to serve more. From 2012-2014, she served as the Baltimore County area coordinator for the Maryland Association of Paralegals (MAP). She also served on the CollegeBound Urban Scholar Program (CUSP) Advisory Panel. CUSP is a scholarship that she was fortunate to receive during her undergraduate tenure, which relieved her family financially and afforded her the opportunity to continue her college education. Ciarra obtained a Bachelors in Paralegal Studies as well as her Masters in Forensic Studies with concentration in legal from Stevenson University. Her service was in efforts to give back to not only the organization, but also to the minority students who may be traveling a road similar to her own.
