Bridal Pearson, PhD is the program director and senior lecturer of the graduate program in Human Services Administration at the University of Baltimore in the College of Public Affairs, School of Health & Human Services. He is an award winning professor, receiving the Board of Regents Award in 2014-15. He views himself as a social entrepreneur who engages in actions to empower and transform those who are most marginalized in our society by educating, mentoring, and leading by example while existing as an active agent within his community. He volunteers his time at a number of organizations throughout Baltimore and serves as a thought-partner with two community hubs.
