Final Action Letters from Law Enforcement Division Heads

The final decision making responsibility for discipline in any complaint rests with the head of the law enforcement agency.  The agency head, however, cannot take final action until he/she has reviewed the recommendation of the Civilian Review Board. The below letters identify the law enforcement agency head's final decision. In order to maintain compliance with the Board's confidentiality requirement, personally identifiable information of complainants and accused officers have been redacted.
