Jill Muth came to the Office of Civil Rights in 2016 after working with Baltimore youth and returning from her service in Peace Corps Rwanda. She has a Bachelor's in Global Studies with a focus in Security Forces and Human Rights from Global College, Long Island University, as well as a Master's in International Emergency Management from the University of Maryland, University College. She speaks fluent Spanish. She is a Baltimore native, having graduated from Institute of Notre Dame High School, and currently lives in South Baltimore with her husband.
