Lisa, a licensed attorney in Illinois and the District of Columbia, moved to Baltimore in 2009. She has about ten years of experience working at non-profit organizations and government agencies in housing complaints, conducting discrimination investigations, and assessing equal opportunity compliance. In 2011, she began working at a foreclosure firm in Rosedale, amending and reviewing foreclosure complaints. Next, she worked for Baltimore Neighborhoods, Inc., a non-profit housing organization, as its Fair Housing Compliance Officer, then later as its Fair Housing Program Manager. Next, she investigated housing, employment, and public accommodation discrimination complaints at the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights. After the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights and right before the Baltimore City Office of Equity & Civil Rights, she began working at the Maryland Department of Public Safety & Correctional Services as an Equal Employment Officer. She has also provided testimony before the Maryland Office of Administrative Hearings on her investigations.
